Who we are
Connected Performance is Zach Penprase's coaching practice, based in Moorpark, California. This policy covers connectedperformance.life, our program sites — including mentalgamemastery.life (Mental Game Mastery) — and the forms we run on platforms like Facebook and Instagram.
What we collect
What you give us: your name, email, phone number, and whatever you write when you fill out a form — on our sites, in a lead form on Facebook or Instagram, in a message to us, or when you book a call (through Calendly).
What's collected automatically: standard technical information like browser type and pages visited, through our hosting and analytics providers — plus cookies or similar tools from ad platforms if you arrived through an ad.
How we use it
- To reply to you and help with the thing you reached out about — your player, your team, your event.
- To send emails or texts related to your inquiry or that you signed up for. Every email has a working unsubscribe link; reply STOP to any text and the texts stop.
- To run and measure our advertising.
- To keep the sites working and improve them.
What we never do
We never sell your personal information. Full stop.
Who we share it with
Only the services that run the business: our customer-relationship and email platform, scheduling (Calendly), website hosting, and ad platforms (like Meta) for delivery and measurement. Each handles data under its own privacy terms.
If you submit a lead form on Facebook or Instagram, we receive what you entered, and Meta's own Privacy Policy also applies to what Meta collects.
Kids
Our coaching serves young athletes, but this website and our ads are meant for parents and guardians. We don't knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we'll delete it.
Your choices and rights
Ask what we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — including your rights under California law. Email zach@connectedperformance.life and it gets handled personally.
How long we keep it
As long as we're in a conversation or working together, or as long as the law requires. When it's no longer needed, it goes.
Security
We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards. No online system is perfect, but we keep the circle small.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version gets posted right here with a new effective date.
